Returns Policy:

Our Policy is pretty simple. You may return your purchase for any reason within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. We are confident that you'll love your flashlight, but if it doesn't suit your needs just send it back to us. We'll gladly refund the purchase price (not incl. shipping).

Warranty Information:

Items purchased through Nocturnal Devices are warrantied under normal usage against defective materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of original purchase. Repair or replacement will be made at our discretion, free of charge for parts and/or labor.

For repair or replacement: Send defective unit, sales slip, contact/delivery information, and description of problem to Gelb Design, FLLC. Each product must be accompanied by sales slip showing date of purchase. Please do not return this flashlight to your dealer for service. Only Gelb Design, FLLC is authorized to honor this warranty.

This warranty will not apply to any product which has been subjected to tampering, misuse or negligence. This warranty is in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability. Neither the seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any loss or damage, consequential or direct, arising from the use or inability to use this product. Defects resulting from misuse, abuse, accident or unauthorized servicing are expressly excluded from coverage under this warranty.
